Founded in 2016 above a coffee roaster on Little Bourke Street, NeoLegendHub grew from two engineers with a Unity project into a 14-person studio shipping games to players in 90+ countries. We build for Android and iOS from a single codebase, so a fix on Monday reaches every device by Friday.
We only take on a handful of projects each year. That means real senior time on your build — no hand-offs to a junior team, no outsourced art you've never seen, and a producer who actually answers your messages.

It starts with a free 45-minute call where we talk through your idea, target platforms, and budget. From there we send a written scope with milestones and a fixed quote in AUD. Nothing is charged until you approve that scope.
Yes. Roughly half our clients are first-time founders or small indie teams. We can take on a whole build or slot in to handle only the parts you can't, such as netcode or art.
Our studio is on Little Bourke Street in Melbourne's CBD. We work with clients across Australia and overseas, and most of our collaboration happens over video calls and a shared project board.
Almost always, yes. We build in Unity from a single codebase and ship to both Google Play and the App Store, including store listings and submission. Building both at once is far cheaper than doing them separately later.
Often we can. We'll review your current project first to check the architecture, then propose either a drop-in integration of our netcode or a scoped refactor. We're upfront if a rebuild would actually be cheaper.
You do. On final payment, all source code, art, and accounts transfer to you in full. We can also stay on for LiveOps afterward, but you're never locked in.
A focused MVP typically starts around A$18,000, while a polished title with multiplayer and live events runs higher. We quote fixed-fee wherever the scope allows so there are no surprise invoices.
Every build ships with a 60-day warranty covering bugs and crashes at no extra cost. After that, most clients keep us on a monthly LiveOps retainer from A$3,200 to run events and updates.
The studio is open Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm AEST. During an active launch we monitor crash reports outside those hours too, so a release-day issue never waits until morning.
